This person will play a pivotal role in enabling our global sales organization with the content, tools, and narratives they need to engage customers, differentiate Figma, and close deals effectively. You will define the content strategy that fuels sales enablement across the entire funnelβfrom discovery to deal close and expansion. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative leadership role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Product Marketing, Advocacy, Enablement, and GTM Strategy.
